Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to support the introduction of new products and design the layout of workflow.
2. Developing the documents and high-quality product designs based on the client's requirements
3. Support the implementation of troubleshooting issues and recognized for achieving extraordinary results
4. Participation in developing cause and coordinating with the product development team
5. Suggesting changes to design engineering issues and impacting product integrity
6. Support customer communications to facilitate and improve product quality and need to deliver as needed
7. Communicating product strategy to improve product performances and analyzing the market and industry trends

Skills required:

1. Having the required product and processing knowledge, critical thinking, and coordination
2. Ability to investigate, analyze and resolve product and process issues
3. BProven ability to lead, influence, and partner effectively, in collaborative, and cross-functional environment
4. Proven analytical, interpersonal, organizational, planning and leadership skills
5. Having judgment and decision-making capabilities, technology design, coordination, and designing skills
6. Ability to work independently with small cross-functional teams in a rapidly changing environment
7. Being self-directed and motivated as well as working collaboratively in a specific team
