Roles and Responsibilities:

Research and identify the new business opportunities including partnerships, products and services
Understand the requirements of each and every client and be able to respond effectively with their own needs
Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
Identifies business growth opportunities and develops strategies to increase company sales
Initiates project management for new client implementation and direct new sales initiatives.
Train the team members and arranging external training for the updation of new featured products
Develop the business sales and marketing strategy while attracting the new ones
