Private AI deployment for enterprises
Private AI deployment on your own servers, under your control
Private AI deployment means running AI models and agents inside infrastructure you control, such as on-premise servers or your own cloud account, instead of sending data to a public AI service. e-KHOOL deploys AIRA, its enterprise AI agent platform, and private large language models in your environment, with your security rules applied from day one. Entirety Technologies runs it this way for up to 150 staff, on its own GPUs, in Arabic and English.
What is private AI deployment?
Your staff get AI assistants and agents, but every prompt, document and answer stays on hardware or cloud accounts you own. AIRA runs next to your data, uses models you approve and follows your access rules.
- Staff access: web and chat, single sign-on, Arabic and English
- AIRA: no-code agent builder, guardrails, role-based access, human approval steps
- Private model serving: open-weight LLMs and embeddings on your GPUs
- Knowledge layer: vector search over your own documents
- Connectors: email, documents, project tools and ticketing
- Audit trail: every prompt and action recorded
Why enterprises choose private AI
Control, compliance and predictable cost, without giving up modern AI.
Data stays inside your boundary
Prompts, documents and outputs never leave infrastructure you control.
Meet data residency rules
Keep data in the country and environment your regulators require.
Predictable cost
Run models on your own capacity instead of paying per call to a public API.
Full control of models
Choose, update and audit the models you run, with no surprise changes from a provider.
Security built in
SSO, role-based access, guardrails and human approval for sensitive actions.
Owned by your team
Admin training and documentation so your IT team runs the platform.
Deployment options
Pick the setup that matches your security and compliance rules.
On-premise
AIRA and models installed on your own data-centre hardware, including air-gapped networks.
Best for: regulated and sensitive data
Plan on-premisePrivate cloud
Deployed in your own AWS or Azure account, inside your network and access policies.
Best for: teams already in the cloud
Plan private cloudHybrid
Sensitive workloads stay on-premise; non-sensitive workloads use approved cloud models.
Best for: mixed workloads

Private AI deployment FAQs
What is private AI?
Private AI is artificial intelligence that runs in an environment the organisation controls, so its data is not processed by a shared public AI service.
Can we run a private ChatGPT-style assistant on-premise?
Yes. e-KHOOL can deploy a chat assistant and AI agents on your own servers using private large language models through AIRA.
Which models can run privately?
Widely used open-weight models as well as e-KHOOL's own models. The model is chosen during sizing based on your use case and hardware.
What hardware do we need?
You provide the GPU servers. GPU capacity, memory, storage, network and software prerequisites are sized with your team in the discovery session, before licence keys are issued.
Who installs it?
Your IT team can install, configure and roll out AIRA using the installer and administrator documentation, as Entirety Technologies did. If you prefer, an e-KHOOL forward deployed engineer does it with you.
Can it run with no internet connection?
Yes. AIRA and the models can run on an air-gapped network.
How long does a private AI deployment take?
The discovery session happens within 5 business days of your purchase order, and licence keys follow within 5 business days of discovery. Go-live then depends on your hardware and how many agents you roll out.
