Roles and Responsibilities:

Understanding the key requirements of every customer and interact with them freely
Maximize the better relationships of existing customers by proposing the new featured products continuously
Need to deploy the product services in a timely manner and be ensure that the exact product of customer
Be in the service of communication link between the key customers and the specific teams
Determine the issues and problems faced by customers and clarify the complaints to maintain trust
Prepare attractive reports of product progress and submit on exact time as given by the team
Acknowledge all the customer enquiries and need to provide a higher level of customer support
