With the minimum experience of 3+ years, we are searching for a friendly and highly analytical customer service specialist to join our team. Service specialist will demonstrate excellent time management skills and be passionate about customer service and self-improvement. Provide a better and higher level of customer support on a specific product service.

Key Skills: Clear communication skill, Problem solving skill, Product knowledge

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Understanding the key requirements of every customer and interact with them freely
  2. Maximize the better relationships of existing customers by proposing the new featured products continuously
  3. Need to deploy the product services in a timely manner and be ensure that the exact product of customer
  4. Be in the service of communication link between the key customers and the specific teams
  5. Determine the issues and problems faced by customers and clarify the complaints to maintain trust
  6. Prepare attractive reports of product progress and submit on exact time as given by the team
  7. Acknowledge all the customer enquiries and need to provide a higher level of customer support
Skills required:
  1. Having ability to respond accurately under any work pressure
  2. Need to have excellent problem-solving skills and time management skill
  3. Should have excellent interpersonal communication skill and problem-solving skills
  4. Should have multi-tasking abilities and patience must be needed
  5. Positive attitude and ability to build relationships with customers to keep more trust
  6. Must be responsible for handling questions, and complaints of clients regarding a specific product
  7. Being patience at all and having critical thinking capabilities
Eligibility required:

Qualification:

Master in Computer Application (M.C.A), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech/B.E), Bachelor of Computer science engineering
